This is my second time in one of Gregory studios! And I have only one word MAGNIFIQUE. This studio was amazing, all new, and veryyyy beautiful decorated and very clean. I must say, they put everything in this business, to fulfill they're guest. I loved the time that I've spent there, and also felt like home. Lovely modern apartment, located on the third floor of a secure building with an underground car park. Jean-Michel met us and showed us through the apartment, handing over the keys and explaining everything, The apartment is clean and has everything you could need to make your stay amazing. The bathroom is large and modern with a washing machine. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, and every appliance you could need. It was lovely to wake up each day and see so many mountains from the windows and the balcony. A ten minute walk down the street, through the underpass, and you're into the centre of the old town. The quiet street also meant it was easy to get the car in and out, and drive in any direction easily to enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Very good option for a couple of days in the area, few steps from the train station and just a couple of minutes from the main streets. All the essentials are very close by, pharmacy, groceries, cafe etc. The room was spacious, the little kitchenette was useful and the balcony an extra. AC was working well, except in the evening we came back and the room smelled like cigarette, the window was closed and AC on so I guess it came from there.
comfortable spacious apartment with high ceilings, overlooking the park and within 100m of grocery store. lots of towels which was a real bonus. kitchen well stocked with salt oil dishwashing tablets which was handy. clean. excellent bedding with soft doonas and pillows. the bath was great. also great to have lift (tho small 1sqm) to get luggage up and down, apartment being on 4th floor. welcoming hosts who answered every question very promptly- thank you.

Very friendly staff,I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the lady who checked us in . Her English was a lot better than my French Room had everything we could wish for ,maybe a more more pans ,kitchen equipment.
Very central to station and shops. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The location is nice and quiet. Easy access to the bus and the city centre.
The flat was clean. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom.
The coffee machine was a welcome added bonus in the kitchen.
The rooms, while cozy, featured exceptionally comfortable beds and a handy kitchenette, an especially useful amenity given the scarcity of restaurants in central Aix. The breakfast offered was quite satisfying, complemented by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The availability of a garage added to the convenience, making our stay more pleasant.
Very nice, helpful staff. Beautiful building with lovely decor in rooms and in communal areas, and very clean. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette, which was very handy. Excellent selection for breakfast, laid out well in a large dining room. Really enjoyed our stay.
