We were travelling to Spain and stayed just for one night at this place. We were looking for comfortable beds, safe parking and quick check in. Everything was perfect. Very good option for a couple of days in the area, few steps from the train station and just a couple of minutes from the main streets. All the essentials are very close by, pharmacy, groceries, cafe etc. The room was spacious, the little kitchenette was useful and the balcony an extra. AC was working well, except in the evening we came back and the room smelled like cigarette, the window was closed and AC on so I guess it came from there.
comfortable spacious apartment with high ceilings, overlooking the park and within 100m of grocery store. lots of towels which was a real bonus. kitchen well stocked with salt oil dishwashing tablets which was handy. clean. excellent bedding with soft doonas and pillows. the bath was great. also great to have lift (tho small 1sqm) to get luggage up and down, apartment being on 4th floor. welcoming hosts who answered every question very promptly- thank you.

Very friendly staff,I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the lady who checked us in . Her English was a lot better than my French Room had everything we could wish for ,maybe a more more pans ,kitchen equipment.
Very central to station and shops. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The location is nice and quiet. Easy access to the bus and the city centre.
The flat was clean. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom.
The coffee machine was a welcome added bonus in the kitchen.
The rooms, while cozy, featured exceptionally comfortable beds and a handy kitchenette, an especially useful amenity given the scarcity of restaurants in central Aix. The breakfast offered was quite satisfying, complemented by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The availability of a garage added to the convenience, making our stay more pleasant.
Very nice, helpful staff. Beautiful building with lovely decor in rooms and in communal areas, and very clean. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette, which was very handy. Excellent selection for breakfast, laid out well in a large dining room. Really enjoyed our stay.
