Not much! Nothing as expected, and very far from the 8.9 rating on bookings,difficult to access, in a remote in accessible location with no services. No restaurants of grocery store in the village were open, made for a very empty dinner, I had no option for dinner, nothing to drink not even bottled water.
The Murphy bed was of poor quality, overly soft, and sagged in the middle, which made it impossible to sleep
There was construction around the property which made it uncomfortable.
Breakfast didn’t take in consideration any dietary restrictions, there were no eggs, croissants, butter, just margarine, nothing substantial to fill up with was of mediocre quantity with no choices, bread seemed old and coffee was bad (really bad) usually not a problem but there was no were else to order in the village
The reviews that everything was close and available were lies it’s sits in the middle of no were with no services, open restaurants or bars nearby

Very nice apartment, everything is there for a short or long stay: moca coffee maker, stove, utensils, big fridge, washing machine. I was provided with one-bed apartment as an upgrade, it had 2 beds and the couch that can be turned to bed as well. The location is fantastic, very short walk to the beach and restaurants, carfur is around the corner and nice place with coffee, breakfast, diner is on the first floor,

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is quiet, up on a hill with fantastic views and includes a nice large pool for swimming. The guest apartment is plenty spacious for 3 guests and includes a simple but sufficient kitchen for cooking.
Beautiful old manor in the heart of Velez, lots of nearby cafes, sights and services. We loved our apartment with its high wooden beams, living area and kitchen and a beautiful bedroom . What an exceptional view and we got good use of the property pool 🎉
Very nice location and the rooms. There is a small kitchen area with a fridge in a room, minibar room prices are perfectly acceptable too, with a small mark up over shop ones, so nobody should feel like paying over the odds.
Depending on the expectation the breakfast could be marked as good or not so good. Nice fresh bread delivered to main door each morning.

Everything was excellent. Scrupulously clean. All the furniture is very comfortable, including the bed. Small but lovely private terrace with a nice table and chairs set. Kitchen is well set up with everything one needs, even for an extended stay. Ceiling fans and AC in both the lounge area and bedroom. Large windows that provide lots of natural light. The owners are next door and go well beyond providing all assistance one may require.
Brilliant find for an authentic spainish holiday. Great location that is accessible to amenities but also quite. Well equipped to meet all your needs, a real home from home The roof top terrace is lovely, getting the sun all day and having an extra kitchen up there is an added bonus. Would stay again

Loved our stay here. The apartment was perfectly clean, quiet and spacious. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with everything a guest would need. Free parking in the front of the building. The owner of the house was so generous, warm and friendly and always smiling and she made sure our stay was very comfortable. The best thing was that our dog was welcome. Thank you so much!
A Beautiful well kept property, the pool was clean and the kids loved it. The outdoor kitchen was well equiped and lovely in the evenings. A quiet area on the beach with easy access to Torre de Mer and Malaga. Bus stop around the corner. Would highly recommend property for a large family or up to 3 small families sharing.
