Very nice house well enquipped with all you need for a good vacation. The place is quiet and very clean. Cozy house with a nice veranda for resting at the end of the day. The location is near the airport and the middle of the island. You can easily get to the south or north of the island. If you are with a car you can park on the street front of the house or on the next street. In the evening there is a free parking lot .
The keys for a house are in the locker on the front door. The host made a welcome set of snacks, coffee and tea. Thanks for a nice place!

Excellent location - right away from the tourist spots so not somewhere to go if you want English speaking people or English food! Really authentic and quiet with people actually having siestas when we arrived! Apartment is well located but not for those who don’t like hills! Some gorgeous places to eat and drink too!

Good location in Vecindario, good bus links across the island. Apartment was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Sufficient kitchen equipment provided for cooking, good fridge and freezer.
This cosy apartment had everything needed for a wonderful holiday. The balcony had a sea view and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for travelling in every direction across this beautiful island. Giuseppe was so welcoming and provided many useful recommendations for places to see and great restaurants. Highly recommended.
A clean and spacious apartment on a quiet street in a residential area, away from the tourist noise. Nice and caring host, contactless check-in and check-out. Well-equipped kitchen. Just 2 minutes from Spar, 10 minutes from the bus stop - direct line to the airport, good connection to the north and south of the island. You can eat and drink nearby.
Spacious room with kitchen equipment. Located 2mins walk from bus station. Station has a direct bus to airport and to central Las Palmas. Many supermarkets in good proximity. A cute little dinner just across the street. A couple halal options ~20 mins walk.
I would recommend only if you have a car at your disposal or don't mind bus to every destination.

Very good location if you have a car. No problem with car park outside of the building. Grocery shop right in the front, shopping mall 10 min away walking. 10 min from the airport. 6 comfortable beds, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, a/c (living room and one bedroom), tv, fast WiFi. Spacious and cozy place to stay. Amazing sunrise view. Very good communication with host, she’s very friendly and helpful.
Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious with all kitchen utensils provided. Very central and easy access to north and south of the island and for trips inland with hired car. Very comfort, clean place. There is everything in the kitchen to prepair breakfast for dinner.
There is a big shopping center very close. Parking is free in the area. Owner was very nice- he prepared the place earlier wich helped us a lot after morning flight. This place is perfect for people with car, who wants to travel the island.
