Everything was spotless and the balcony is large and a sun trap from 2pm , We where close to the beach so with the breeze most day's we just stayed on the balcony. Supermarket is close by and only 20 min walk from the markets. There is a pizza place on the corner which you must try, they do all kinds of pasta and a fab chicken burger we even used to get take out.

Absolutely amazing apartment, great location and host. I read in previous reviews that it was fully equipped but this was beyond any of my expectations. Everything what you could possibly think of was there. I would recommend this apartment for families as well as anyone else as it was perfect.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was in an excellent location for walking to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. Nataliia and her family are all lovely and helpful and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, AC and free parking were a big plus. The swimming pool was great! Close to the beach, 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops close. The area near the beach is amazing at evenings and nights. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The apartment was both nice and cosy with good air condition. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The apartment has a nice view of the pool and situated near the beach, store and restaurants. The in and out check was problem free and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
I loved how this villa gave us plenty of space and provided everything we needed from kitchen equipment to personal comforts. The view was beautiful and the pool was amazing. It is advertised as luxury villa and this couldn’t be more right.
This is a self catering apartment, with very good facilities, exceptionally clean, light and airy. There weren’t any beach chairs to take to the pool but Sergey delivered two for us the following day which was great.
Just a few suggestions. A toaster, pair of scissors and a sieve would be great for the kitchen but didn’t detract from our stay. Also a hairdryer.
Huge fridge was great, air con was very efficient. Can’t really fault this palace

breakfast was not provided, as it was self catering, apartment was spacious, large kitchen lge bedroom lge lounge area lge bathroom, balcony was very nice overlooked main road and other apartments, overall quiet when door was shut, plenty of storage space, all linen and cleaning products provided, could not ask for anymore, host katerina showed me where everything was, overall really enjoyed my 3 weeks there
