The property is beautiful and well located. 10’ drive from the airport and very close to great restaurants! The host was amazing, we did not expect anything rather than the empty property itself but she had left us breakfast, milk, coffee and it really helped as we arrived late with a baby so the milk was perfect!

It had all the facilities needed for a comfortable 4-night visit to Madrid. About 10mins walk from the metro to get to the tourist areas of Madrid in around 45mins. Also on the direct line to the airport so easy to reach from your flight. Friendly and attentive staff easily accessible at all hours through a WhatsApp group chat. Really nice neighbourhood with local bar and small restaurant very close by.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walking from metro station, however not very close to the city center, it took us around 20-30 minutes to reach the center every day. It was compensated by the quiet of the neighborhood.
It was clean and well equipped: washing machine, TV, iron machine, soap and shampoo.
Communication with host, really good, we received the entrance code and other information on WhatsApp. Also, although the check in hour is very late, they let us leave the luggage in the hallway.

The property was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I like the concept of a self-catering studio which has communal lounge areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist from Venezuala. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Good value for money, check in was simple. Key was in box. Blinds on the windows were good, complete darkness when we needed. Washing machine and kitchen was nice. There were 2 inverters in the room, so very good to keep the room temperature to one's liking
