This lovely apartment was comfy and clean, and it had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, full equipped kitchen, and all nicely decorated.
It also had positive energy and a modern vibe.
Great communication with the hoster, is was easy and fluent. It's not in a touristy area at all, a nice neighbourhood, and only a walking distance from the centre of Puerto, so it's easy to move around. You can go walking to the centre and come back for 5 euros in taxi.
There is a free sports area in front of the apartment perfect for fitness. I had a really pleasant stay at the lsla Fresh and would love to repeat it again!

This is one of the challenging reviews, since the place is at a quality I haven’t seen before!
The location is easy to reach by car in puerto del Cruz. There is a lot of free parking in addition to a private garage! The appartment is in a very nice building, which has the facilities of free big swimming pool, and a really well equipped gym.
The apartment itself is very spacious. In addition to large bedroom and spacious living room and kitchen it has a huge (!!) balcony.
I haven’t seen before such a level of meticulous and vast variety of equipment and everything necessary for living as in this place. Every possible accessories, including a great washing machine which we used a lot was there. The appartment and all the building are very clean and the whole area looks very secured.
The hostess is very helpful and brought us some stuff that was running out without hesitation.
There is an excellent Mexican restaurant at the same street as a nice bonus 😀

Apartment located away from the City Center, relatively quiet, depending on your neighbors. Very spacious and clean. All the kitchen accessories allowed to make a breakfast or dinner. Comfortable terrace with nice sea and city view.
We had a simple triple room. There was a tiny kitchenette part, enough to store some snacks and cool water
The breakfast was very good. There are eggs, selection of cold cuts, cheese and some vegetables and fruits.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family.
It has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Nice view from the terrace , very comfortable beds and many other things we liked.
Our host Angélica left us a bottle of wine and some cookies as a welcoming present.
Next time we are in Tenerife we rent the same apartment.

Check-in is online and you get the keys from reception. The kitchen has an electric stove and kitchen utensils. The location is good, near the Playa Jardin and the big free parking (500m)
Great location with the town centre just a short 10 minute walk away. All facilities needed for a self catering stay including comfy double bed, kitchen with counter, dining area, even washing machine and iron for clothes. Very close to the beach too which is 5 minutes from the property. Room is not too big but that’s a good thing as it gives off a nice and cozy mood. Owner was fantastic to speak to, went out of her way to help us and is always available if you have any questions or need any help during your stay.
Good communication with owner. Good value location and facilities for family visiting Loro Parque. Walking distance to park, right next to bus station and local supermarket. Pool also available to use. Kitchen with hob/oven fridge, and washing machine made self catering easy and saved money in food.
Decent sized one bedroom apartment in a small older building. A quiet area but close to centre of town.

Modern bathroom. Balcony looks out on an area of wasteland, a small urban jungle. It's not exactly scenic but a haven for birds.
