This property is perfectly located, short stroll to the beach, shops and some restaurants, but nice and quiet, you would know the Main Street is just down the hill.
The owners are wonderful and kind people that can’t do enough for you to make sure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We rented the 3 bedroom apartment downstairs, it was perfect with a well appointed kitchen, it has 2 bathrooms which was perfect for the group we were travelling with.
Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is at the top of the development offering the best of the superb 360 degree view, and is therefore not overlooked. The development architecture is almost a work of art. Reminds me of Cubist artwork. Secure car parking in gated community. Very long L-shaped veranda, ideal for stretching legs. Large roof terrace with cooking, lounging and showering facilities. Excellent swimming pools and bar/restaurant within development. Excellent sunrises and sunsets. There’s a lot to love about this apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay, it was very clean and the sunrise from the terrace is exceptional.
The location is a short walk from bars, restaurants etc, yes its uphill on the way back, but still only took us 10-15 minutes.
There is more than adequate secure parking.
The hosts met us at the apartment at the specified time and were very responsive when we contacted them during our stay.

I've stayed before, the apartments are like a town house, lots of terraces, big communal swimming pool, kitchen could do with mugs, more utensils, but big fridge and freezer, wash.machine. Parking is a bit tight but there are extra places just up road. It is up a hill so walking could be a problem down to shops and beaches etc. And back up the hill...

This Casa is in a quiet location, but a short walk from Mojocar town and a short drive from the beach. The lift up into the town makes it really accessible. There was good access to kitchen facilities and a very obliging owner.
The sea view accommodation was good with reasonable kitchen facilities for self catering. There wasn't a kettle although one could be obtained on request. The terrace and bar at the front were good with a lovely view of the sea. The Hotel is well suited to young families more than individual travellers.
The location was fantastic. It was first line to the beach, near restaurants, beach bars. Commercial Centre and bus stops within short walk. Self catering.

Can be seen from the balcony or from inside the apartment. The kitchen is fully kitted for cooking and washing machine. Perfect apartment to be based. Chus the agent is very helpful and quick at responding to enquiries. On the more quiet part of the playa which is perfect for peace and to enjoy the scenery.
