Modern, well equipped with some really useful technology. A phone app for grounds access and the room was a great relief from having to remember your key. A beautiful hide away in the sunshine. I fell I love with this property when I viewed on Booking.com I was not disopointed in reality! Great location, home from home with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. I spent alot of time in the wonderful sunshine filled garden, cooked some lovely lunches and slept like a baby. Perfect for getting away and enjoying some quality time.
Spa shop across the road is great for any items needed. There is no aircon, but we made great use of the fan.

The bed was not comfortable. Every morning everything hurt.I didn't like the fact that in the upstairs bedroom there were some bug eggs in the wardrobe and it smelled like something had died. There were ants in the kitchen, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, no one did anything about it. Lots of glitter in the pool. Painting work was being carried out and a lot of scraped paint fell into the pool. The last thing that scared me was the accident of an employee who fell from the scaffolding and was taken away by an ambulance. This is not the vacation I dreamed of.

Second time staying in Caybeach, 4 families all enjoyed our stay, complex is spotless, rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great selection of food throughout the day. Pool has a chilled atmosphere plenty of sunbeds etc.

It’s close to playa de maspalomas beach where all the restaurants are. Loved the equipped kitchen. and the Very very lovely lady receptionist. ( i really forgot to ask for her name) But she helped us all throughout our stay. Went out of her way to help us reserve for a scooter and even researched what time we should leave so we could catch the bus. Loved that they let us lounge through the pool, use shower and toilet even after our checkout time while waiting for our bus back to las palmas.
Wonderful bungalow with an open plan kitchen/lounge area downstairs, plus a good sized terrace. Double bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Short distance from Playa del inglés. Spotlessly clean and the host was so flexible and accommodating - a real credit to hospitality. Keep up the great work Javi.
The hotel is spotless clean . The staff are so lovely and so helpfull. The grounds are beautiful. Its so peaceful. The room size was great and the kitchen was well equipped if you need anything. Would have no problem recommending Palm Oasis beautiful hotel
I liked everything, the hosts had taken care to offer everything necessary for such a stay. Especially for the kitchen. Everything was new and clean inside. Very quiet and suitable for families, very nice and clean pool directly there.
Just amazing and keeps drawing us back every year. For us the location is brilliant and ideal as a base to travel around the island. Can't fault the complex. The housekeeper, gardener and maintenance team were fantastic and always very helpful and respectful. On the days we didn't venture out the pool area was very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and sufficient for our needs. The onsite mini supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced.

Hotel was very clean all around the resort. Poolside was cleaned most days and the pool was always well maintained. Pool side bar food was good and reasonably priced. Good assortment of kitchen facilities for self-catering.
