Great design, good location. Excellent value for money
The flat on the ground floor was spacious, had a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There was also a proper big fridge and some kitchen utilities to cook something quickly (a chopping board was missing though). The washing machine and a dishwasher worked well and we appreciated having oil, vinegar, a kitchen towel and paper towels provided in the flat.
Very easy to check in, host was very helpful and responsive via whatsapp. The location is central and everything can be reached with a 5-10 min walk. The kitchen has all necessary equipment.
The building is gorgeous with the best views of the Alhambra. The apartment was beyond expectations - it was large yet still felt cozy and lived-in. I did not expect to have a rooftop terrace that came with the top floor apartment. The place also had all necessities for a longer stay, like kitchen and cleaning equipment. The apartment is close to many restaurants, and supermarkets at Plaza Nueva. The area is also fairly quiet.

The apartment was fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. The host arranged for us to be met at the apartment on time and made the whole rental experience simple and easy with no over complications. The location was perfect being in the old town, a short walk from the Cathedral and the Alhambra. Very secure, and clean, with a fully fitted kitchen and dining facilities.
The apartment we occupied was self catering with all necessary things needed for cooking. The pots and pans were very clean. The kitchen also contained a fridge. The apartment was very close to a bus stop that took to many attractions. Mr Renato who received us to handover the keys was very polite and helpful.
