The staff is very helpful. We had some trouble opening the front gate but the staff were really responsive and helped us in no time. The location is well connected to the city centre through metro and bus stations. I recommend using the metro (Urgel station).
Also, both the room and the bathroom have high cleanliness standards.
Tofi 2 is located in Madrid, just 2 miles from Puerta de Toledo and 2.5 miles from Atocha Train Station.

Booked two rooms.
1 was for 4 young adults, 4 single beds in a spacious room with a shower down a couple of stairs within the room, the wc was opposite the room but solely for our use. Also a fridge freezer and kitchen sink in room.
2nd for a couple, 1 double bed with ensuite shower room.
All beds were comfortable and bedlinen clean. Towels also provided and good quality. Host very friendly.
The place is outside the city center, so it can be easier if you have a car. It's still difficult to find parking space later in the evening. For the price it's ok. You get a room with a bed, a desk, and a good Internet connection. A kitchen and a common bathroom for a couple of rooms. All that I need.
