We absolutely loved everything about the house. There were so many different spaces to enjoy and relax. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of tools to cook a meal. The pool area was nice and shaded. Everything was clean, and Flavia, the host, was brilliant and easy to deal with. I can't recommend the place enough.

Lovely spacious duplex in a great peaceful area. The sea and an almost private beach opposite. Very well equipped and comfortable, we cooked most nights. The owner was super helpful, although I would change the deadlock on the key settings! There is a lovely pool area, but it was a bit cold in April to use. We would highly recommend this apartment , very homely and comfortable.

Everything was great,the lady who met us so nice and told us everything we needed to know.
The apartment very clean, decor lovely.
It is situated right in the middle of everything, good restaurants, shops and the harbour.

Nice location, exactly how it was described. Very clean apartment, modern equipment in the apartment. Also welcome pack from the owner, something to drink, basic things for the kitchen and for cleaning. Big help from the owner about the services nearby, communication as best as how it can be.
This was the best apartment we had while on holiday in Spain. The apartment was bigger than in the pictures, with 2 bathrooms and 2 air cons. The owners also left for us two free bottles of wine and crisps in the kitchen. I do recommend this apartment! Don't hesitate to book .
Big and central flat in Denia. Very well equipped, big kitchen. The balcony is a plus as well. Literally next to the market of Denia and in plain center of town. Easy check in and check out
We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had all the facilities we were looking for, allowing us to relax as anticipated. The villa was clean, cozily decorated, had good air conditioning, and was well-located on a high spot on the hill near Denia. The property matched the pictures perfectly and featured a charming pool with an outdoor kitchen, which we enjoyed daily. Our host, Jonathan, was very welcoming and supportive in answering our questions. We highly recommend this place in Denia.
My wife and I prefer the ‘home from home’ self-catering holiday stays. This property more than met that requirement. It was within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) of both the town centre and, when required, the beaches and tourist areas - whilst situating itself among a clean and friendly suburb. We are very keen to return in the future.

Location is just amazing, with a view of the sea from the rooftop, and Denia castle behind you. Shops, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, els magazinos, all within minutes of the house. The most authentic Spanish place I have ever stayed at, and incredible value for money too. Everything you need for a self catering break including shampoo, shower gel, Kitchen roll, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar. MAin bedroom bed is extremely comfortable, and you are right in the middle of a beautiful old town Denia street.
