absolutely lovely building. We stayed in the penthouse with its own sun-drenched terrace. Whole apartment beautifully furnished with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable seating, multi-channel TV and plenty of seats and loungers on the terrace. Situated on Calle Ancha the palacio is within easy walk of the old town attractions such as the botanic gardens, museum, fish market and Caleta beach, so is in a brilliant location. Could easily spend the r= whole time on the terrace, just lazing in the sun.

Excellent! We booked a Deluxe Suite on the 3rd floor: spacious, bright, modern decor within a vintage Cádiz structure, comfortable bed, modern bath and kitchenette. The location is excellent, easy to get to by taxi or car (underground parking a block away), and perfect to walk to all the corners of the old city. Cádiz is a hidden gem perfect for a winter stay, few tourists, you get to experience la España Verdadera. Coming 2 weeks before the Carnaval peak (Feb 28) was a bonus, there are activities every night, without large visiting crowds. The staff at Mina Suits were all very friendly.

The property is exquisite and I can highly recommend for a family or for friends. Kitchen had everything you needed. High standard of decor and service. The terrace was an added bonus for the property. In the centre of old town which allowed us to experience everything on foot. A 5-10 min walk to beach.
It is a beautiful house and the location is excellent. The roof terrace is very beautiful and has a delightful pool. It was very nice to relax there with a drink before hitting the town. Also the host Eric was very kind and gave us several cuttings from their plants for our own garden. The room was well equipped and had a very functional kitchenette.
Breakfast was a small layout but with a good selection, refilled regularly.
Reception staff were particularly helpful when we needed a shower and place to change as our flight was very late in the day. So we were able to enjoy the beach all day knowing we’d be fresh for the airport!
Room was very clean a spacious and good facilities for a short self catering holiday.
We loved this apartment, light, bright, spacious, with all mod cons. So central for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, bars and night life and only 20mins walk to beach/train station. Bed was comfy, aircon was great and the kitchen had most things you might need for self catering.. Theres also a lift up to the apartment. Also very easy check in and key drop off at end.
This is a really lovely apartment, located centrally in the old town of Cadiz. It is clean, the bed is really comfy and there are lots of useful things and lovely touches throughout. The kitchen is well set up for self catering. Initial entry is via an app, which once set up was easy to use to get in. Communication with the owner was very good and she was really responsive.
We were self catering so cannot comment on breakfast. The roof terrace was a good large space so we ate outside. It was very easy to get onto the beach and the wifi worked fine. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean. There was no plug for the kitchen sink so difficult to wash up but there was a dishwasher we used and a washing machine, with a line and pegs on the terrace. It is near a supermarket and bars/restaurants, with buses running into Cadiz regularly.
Very spacious accomodation with lounge/kitchen & separate bedroom with en-suite shower room that was a great size. It's in a great location right on a couple of the main Plaza's. A great roof top terrace with views all over Cadiz that has tables & chairs where you can sit and have a relaxing drink (BYO). Check-in was great and overall I couldn't fault it for a self catering apartment. You could easily stay her for a week.
