Oliwia from the front desk made us feel like Hotel Portmany was our home away from home. She was there whenever we needed something and gave great recommendations. The restaurant out front is really wonderful and the breakfast included with the stay was awesome. They were very accommodating and let us get breakfast late. The room itself was huge and had nice finishes (I enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom).

Great apartments, very comfortable, two bathrooms and showers, well stocked kitchen, clean, good host, chilled. Key code security gate at night, just in case you get back in the early hours. Good location.

We checked out 2 days early! The price point is fine and to be honest the only thing I can say was nice about the property. We were upgrades to a one bedroom deluxe apartment and it was clean and the bed (2 beds pushed together) was okay would definitely have been interesting to see what the apartment was like that we had booked! The kitchen had all the necessities but we never cooked in it. It was basically just a place to sleep.

The pool area and the general hotel was kept very clean and the staff on the desk were so friendly!! Had a good feeling to it and it was in a good location just outside of shops and bars and a 10 minute walk into the heart of San Antonio. We loved the fact we had a kitchen to cook our own food but also a bar/restaurant downstairs if you needed this.

The room was big enough and having a tiny kitchen was a plus.
Also they have a courtesy shower in case of having a late flight back home, to use it after you check out the room.
Great location and really good value. Clean , comfortable and convenient for clubs and beach bars. Small kitchenette and lounge area was a bonus. Nice breakfast selection and decent bar.
The pool is well kept and plenty of shade. Highly recommend sunset dinner at the restaurant opposite too!
