Elena was very quick with responses to any queries, very informative and very friendly. The apartment is on a complex attached to a couple of bars with a small shop for the essentials. Bus stop to puerto del rosario or caleta a two minutes walk away. Ideal for exploring. The apartment was newly decorated with good taste and equipped with all necessities and mosquito nets.

The apartment was the perfect size, fully equipped with everything I needed, and so peaceful. The pool was lovely and clean, and I pretty much had it to myself along with the sun beds. Being on my own I felt very safe, the complex is very secure.

It was equipped well enough for our short 4 day break. The bed was comfortable and having a washing machine was perfect for us.
The apartment is directly opposite the pool, which in warmer weather would be perfect.
A piece of equipment was broken on arrival which the apartment manager replaced very quickly.

The apartment was nice and clean with new modern kitchen facilities and a nice shower room. The apartment appears to be recently refurbished.
Cocosol is a lovely, quiet setting with a fantastic pool. It was nice to sit in the patio in the evening and just look at the pool. The pool area has plenty if umbrellas and loungers, so there no need to get up and put towellsnon sunbeds.

It was self-catering, The location is quite far up a steep hill but it was beautiful and had a lovely view of the town and the airport. make sure you make use of the bird scooters to get up the steep hill from town. The house was very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and a lovely pool, and the host kept in constant communication, we booked with short notice and the host was waiting for us when we arrived.
A little off of the ocean but close anyway. You see the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. It’s absolutely quite - save for the occasional live-music on fridays and saturdays- which you just hear by far. Comfortable bed, kitchen that had anything we needed, 2 pools.
Great location and Lucia was very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is well organised and the kitchen is equipped with the basic which is fine for your holiday. They also give you beach towels, large supermarkets are only few minutes drive away, and prompt replies if you need anything.
Been to this complex before. Handy for coastal walks and also big supermarkets. 5 mins by car. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts very helpful. Liked the big fridge freezer. Short drive from airport. Parking was good.
Our host Walter was very nice and friendly, taking care of everything and making sure we were having a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and also the bathroom with lots of towels. The location is very good. I will certainly repeat whenever I come back to this island.
We loved the property, everything was on place snd as mentioned, host are amazing people, free parking at street, fully functional kitchen, beds were good, with blankets and towels to use. I recommended property to others.
