The place is wonderful. It looks even better in real life. The design is incredible. It has 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need so it would be very nice to live there for a long time. We stayed only one night but decided to come back for longer later this year. Hosts also provided us with a crib for our baby (for additional price). Amazing! Thanks a lot

Apartment is really big and perfectly equipped. I cannot remember havin 3 TVs before. Location is very close to the beach and still a walking distance (steep) from old town. Parking was quite cheap, 10 euros.

Cosy apartment in the old city center of Altea, perfect location with sea view including sunrise from the large terrace with tasteful outdoor furniture! I stayed in October/November and the terrace was sunny from early in the morning until about 13.00. The apartment has an elevator, but the area is not suitable if you are less mobile.

Lovely clean dog friendly apartment with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Natalia was an excellent host and provided lots of useful information. Could walk to the marina to eat and the supermarket was a 5 minute drive.

The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. Filled with natural light and featuring a modern design, it’s ideally located in the heart of Altea's charming old town.
The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was generously sized. The kitchen, though small, was well-equipped, and the bathroom was just right—making it perfect for couples.
The view from the living room was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the sea. But the true highlight was the roof terrace, with spectacular views across Altea, the Mediterranean, Calpe, and in the back, the striking silhouette of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo and the Sierra de Bernia.
We could have easily stayed longer. Communication with the hosts, both before and during our stay, was exceptional.

the house is much bigger than we had expected. more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. the location is great, both the beach and old town are within very easy reach. the hosts were excellent at communicating and generally replied to messages within minutes. we would definitely stay here again!

Lots of different spaces to relax, definitely big enough for a family of 9. Pool was lovely, not at all slippery on exiting the pool which was great!

The house is awesome and very well-equipped! It has 4 levels: 2 levels with bedrooms, 1 level where there is a living room and a kitchen, and 1 level with a terrace. There is a total of 3 bathrooms. The view from the balcony of the sea is spectacular. The grill is easy to use. We had no problems with the temperature of the water. The swimming pool (shared with other houses from the same condominium) is great, although. We were 2 families (a total of 7 people) and we had more than enough space.
Super cute apartament, with all the necessary stuff for stay and full kitchen. Carlos is a very nice host and provided water and some coffee capsules as well. The place is nicely decorated and super clean. Location is amazing, very close to the beach, so you don't need to go down the hill and climb back for accessing the beach. The only cons are that it is a bit humid in the house, but I guess that is a common thing at this location and the bathroom is small. But other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
We loved virtually everything. Entry to the building was easy. With the exception of a microwave, everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and useful. The soundproofing made for a delightful night's sleep. The rooms were spacious. There was even a small balcony with seats and table. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner 1 minute walk from us! Lily kept in contact with us and was super friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, 1 minute from beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were exceptional and the room/apartment with kitchen and living room was beautiful, exposed stone everywhere. Comfortable, large bed with crisp white cotton linen. Nearest parking at the station a 2 minute walk. I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Georg is a wonderful hospitable host who takes great pride in looking after his guests.
The property itself has been renovated and is a very welcoming home adjacent to a small tranquil plaza near the centre of Altea.
Georg was good enough to let me utilise his lovely kitchen facilities and on a couple of evenings I joined him for an evening meal which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Excellent apartment in a historic house. This is a single space divided into zones, with a kitchen-living room and a bedroom-bathroom, with a tribute to history and modern solutions. A semi-open toilet is not a problem, because it is well covered with a screen.
All this is literally a step away from the central square of the city
Great location at the center of the beach street and walking distance from Old Town. Also a playground for kids is just 5min away. Amazing view from the balcony, you hear the waves! We took all morning coffees and night drinks at the balcony. The apartment is well equipped, there's full kitchen, washing machine and two bathrooms with toilets. We travelled with a 3 year old and a grandmother, and the grandmother got her own space from the other side of the apartment. Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Highly recommend this place.
We were self catering , fabulous kitchen & everything on hand to make our own meals, but mainly ate out as only the two of us. Fabulous location with amazing views over Altea. We used the top floor bedroom. It had a balcony that looked down towards the sea with stunning views of the aerobatic Swallows and Swifts!
