This property was beyond amazing and Pedro, the owner is a complete star, nothing was too much trouble, the advice on the best beaches and restaurants made the holiday, or we could have just gone to the usual tourist places. My little girl of 3 is autistic and the chickens made her stay, we fed them every day and fresh eggs from Pedro. The evenings when the girls went to bed were the holiday for me any my partner having a barbeque every night and perfect quiet. We have already booked for next year

Lovely Villa in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. Loads of space if you’re going with a bigger group and big garden with the swimming pool and pool table with the grill at the back kept us entertained. Walking distance to the nearest beach and close to bus stops, can easily get to playa de Muro or historic center of Alcudia by public transport. The host was very kind and responsive. Will be definitely coming back again 😊

the appartment is absolutely beautiful. looks like on the pictures. we especially appreciated the two big balconies and the space in the kitchen. the appartment has more to offer than you can see on the pictures, i. e. there is a built-in ice maker on the fridge, a second couch, TVs in all rooms, sunchairs to take to the beach,... all in all we were really sad to leave! this place is better than our home :)

The area of this place is amazing - high, quiet and picturesque, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Beautiful sunset view, nearest lovely restaurant. The hotel resembles a castle inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Room with bathroom, hairdryer, clean and tidy. A very convenient check out check in system. Safe access to the code.
The Villa had really great facilities. Good air con, an outside kitchen , lovely pool (which you could light up at night), table tennis table, 2 fridges and freezers, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The list goes on. We really impressed.
The house is absolutely perfect. Lovely rooms, all the necessary equipment, great Netflix TV, wonderful pool and the outside kitchen is lovely to cook on a warm evening. Bathrooms and kitchen are all modern too. Short 10min walk to Alcudia which is super convenient. Some lovely beaches nearby too. Cannot recommend more!!
Our third and far best accommodation in Alcúdia Bay. The house is literally huge, it doesn’t seem so on photos, but in reality it is. We sometimes can ´t find each other there. Garden and summer kitchen is top, we appreciate toys for kids and beach equipment. Daniel as a host was super kind, perfect communication and we were allowed to have earlier check-in. As a gift we received basic groceries, beverages and cava. Never experienced it before. For given price the quality of property was very fine.

The location is very good, super close from the beach, very quiet neighbourhood.
When traveling with a baby the house is good as it has an equipped kitchen to prepare food for the baby. The host was very nice and responsive although we never met him in person we felt very welcome.
The villa was incredible. Every room was lovely and the communal areas were so thought out for having 8 guests staying. A very well equipped kitchen with extras of coffee, tea and sauces. The pool was amazing and the inflatables added to the fun during our stay. The outside area is very spacious, with plenty of seating and gave us plenty of places to enjoy meals. Our group absolutely loved our stay at the villa and would highly recommend.
Perfect location: walking distance to the attractions within the area and free parking close to the apartment. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Kitchen was good to work in. Pedro is a very nice host!
