Location is just perfect! Exceeded all the expectations for sure. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We literally took nothing except ourselves :D supermarket is also just a couple of minutes away, so we could grab nice salami, cheese and fruits to enjoy them on a balcony with sea view.
Also liked the fact there is a code lock, so we just needed to memorise the code and did not have to carry around keys all the time. So could enjoy swimming to the full!
Also recommend host. Antonio was very helpful and easygoing, from the very first conversations to the last moments. He even texted after we left to confirm we arrived safely to the next city we were heading to.

The location is great, walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants and the beach! The hosts were very nice and attentive. It's very close to the touristy side of Boca Chica, but in a more «locals» area which I liked a lot. It's a simple house but has everything you need : clean bathrooms, basic cooking, AC in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, etc. The bus station going to Santo Domingo is 2 min walk from the house which is a bonus.

The complex has a great pool area, a small restaurant/bar to get your snacks and drinks . It’s situated 5 min walk to the beach and has a big supermarket 10min walk if you want your own supply and save on eating and drinking out.

We were upgraded to a suite even though we paid for a basic room! We ended up staying two extra nights and were given lower rates for each consecutive night. The suite was large, the hot water was great, wifi wasn’t the best but still worked, and the location was perfect. We also loved having a kitchen to cook our meals and a terrace with a table to eat at!
Very nice place, very kind people and personal. Everything was great. Great kitchen with a lot of kind of tasty foods. Room was very large and comfortable with two big beds, tv and clean bathroom with a shower. We feel that like at home. I hope that we will back too soon.
We had such a warm welcome by the owner and his assistent. We arrived quite late and were tired of the long drive, but their enthusiasm made us feel instantly happy. The garden was beautiful, such a nice and relaxing place. The kitchen has a lot of equipment and there is a big refrigerator.
We were very sorry that we stayed here only one night.
The gardens are really beautiful! The suite was an ok size with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen dining sitting area combo and balcony!

Air-conditioned room worked perfectly and was much needed. Pretty quiet area as well.
There is a fairly large pool as well but did not use it. Restaurant onsite and the food was very good especially the hamburgers..
Wonderful staff, sparkling clean building and units, the kitchen is stacked, easy communication with the host. Would've liked to stay more but they're always booked, unsurprisingly. Unbelievable stay, close to the beach, highly recommend, should be 4 stars.
