The location, right next to the train station, but also with parking for drivers, is also close to all sites in the small town of Speyer. We LOVED the kitchenette in the room; even staying only a couple of nights, it is always nice to have a refrigerator, a sink to wash things, and more. The entire facility was brand new, clean, quiet, and well-equipped for all needs. It’s the only hotel we’ve stayed in a while that had TWO chairs for us to sit in under a desk, and tons of plugs in the room, not to mention it was well-lit. As I told the front desk manager, “I would clone this hotel and take it everywhere I travel if I could!”

Very nice location - quiet but still in the mid of the old town and in walking distance to restaurants and shops! Designated parking (small lockable garage) around the corner (100 m from the apartment) was sufficiently convenient as you could unload in front of the apartment.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. It is also very close to the Technik Museum. Very comfortable apartment, well-equipped. It's clean and nice. Nice owner. The only minus was the lack of coffee in the kitchen, but there is a grocery store nearby. There are a lot cosy restaurants with delicious food in the neighbourhood.
Excellent location. Ease of access. We were fortunate that we were the only occupants of the accommodation so had the use of the shared kitchen to ourselves. The kitchen was very well fitted out and equipped except for the lav#ck of a microwave - see below.
This was the perfect location and accommodation for what was primarily a business trip while also hoping to take advantage of the pretty surroundings.
Smart room, well appointed, with lots of little storage shelves, power sockets and light switches, plus kitchen facilities - fellow business travellers will catch my meaning - and a well functioning A/C.
The art deco building has a great atmosphere. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was great to have complimentary coffee pods and cleaning products for the kitchen.
Location - walking distance from the Technic Museum, also close to the river. The room was big enough for our family of four. The shared kitchen was OK and fully equipped.
Everything, it was perfect. The location was vert central, the bed was super comfy with gorgeously fresh linen, the kitchenette had *everything* we needed and much more and the shower was fabulous. It was all good.
