This is one of the best apartments I ever booked, very cozy, the owner is very attentive, it has a fully functional kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, an espresso machine (fully loaded with coffee), complete silverware, etc. The owner left some gifts for us (candy, coke, milk, etc). It made our Christmas night perfect. It had shampoo in the bathroom, so a better service than many hotels. It is very clean. It is very well located, from a walking distance from the old town. 100% Recommend.

Everything was nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, etc. The bed was comfortable. Several trams were close by, and there were 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Owner was responsive to any questions. Check-in was very easy.

The location was exceptional. The Moosach transit station across the street gave us options for tram, train, subway, and bus. In fact, the S1 train from the Munich airport is a direct line to Moosach. Dining options were plentiful and varied with cafes, a beer hall, and a gorgeous Indian restaurant all within a short walk. The Aldi and apothecary on the street had items that we'd left at home. The apartment's bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well appointed with all the dish- and glass-ware we needed for a night in. I appreciated the firm memory foam mattresses on the beds. The host is friendly and responsive to special requests. When friends visit Munich, I will suggest they book this apartment.

Small kitchen, location was good. Can go to center also by public transport which is 20min away from the hotel. Beds were okay, bathroom had all the that was needed. We parked car for free on street parking.
Cross between hostel and hotel, with downstairs sitting area/bar and friendly vibe (but no self-catering kitchen). Buffet breakfast was good value. Single 'hotel' (non sharing) room was small but adequate for one, quiet and easily accessible by lift. Great that it had a kettle! Location is very close to trams/ main railway station Hauptbahnhof once you find the right exit can it's - Arnulfstrasse. Plenty of food options around. Staff friendly/felt safe.
It was a typical clean and spacious studio, self-catering room with double bed, small kitchenette, a table and chairs, bathroom and WC. The place had enough room for our belongings. The owner is attentive to the customer's needs, quite flexible and quick to respond. It was located in a central but quite place.
If arriving by the train, the hotel is just 300 metres from the station in a relatively quiet street. The room was spacious and the kitchenette meant that self-catering was made easy. In addition, there are two supermarkets, REWE and ALDI, within a couple of hundred metres.
The room was spacious and included a free mini bar. There were kitchen facilities, including a hot plate, dishes, saucepans, cutlery and a sink - perfect for self catering and rare in a modern hotel. It was tastefully decorated with a modern design, and the bed was super comfy! The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The owner even came round and greeted everyone individually. It's ideally located a short walk from Munich's central train station
The location was excellent and allowed for easy travel to many places. The decor was interesting and refreshing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything needed to allow for self-catering.
