It was only 75 euro for the end of April. That's quite cheap.
It's not sharing any wall with neighbours so it's an independent house. Inside is spacious too.

Everything exceeded by far the expectations - generous space - very clean - very nice and quiet location - top equipment - best quality of furniture and kitchen and bathroom - very easy access - great communication with host - will certainly return again - excellent value for money
One of the best apartments in the Ludwigshafen. I found the part of this apartment is the kitchen equipped with all the useful equipment along with a Dishwasher, Refrigerator, etc. I would like to stay here again and again!
A very lovely and peaceful place, your every need has been thought beforehand (there is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc., and all sorts of kitchen appliances), the stuff was also lovely. The place had a cute little garden that you can relax. Great for couples.
Amazing place, great location, super clean, kitchen packed with everything you can think of, quiet and chill neighborhood, lovely apartment altogether and honestly would have been a perfect 10/10 if not for the TV/internet issues. I'm still going to rank it as a 10/10 but please be aware of the downside.
