Excellent hotel, large room, very clean. Snow-white towels and clean bed linen. Kitchenette with everything you need for self-cooking. We were there in winter, and the room was very warm. Private parking and several grocery stores within walking distance. We arrived later than the appointed check-in time and they left us a key for self-check-in and detailed instructions.

Very nice place. Kitchen and dining spaces are tiny, but there is even a dishwasher and phone charger in the room. There is tea and coffee available for guests 24/7 for free, and nice rooftop. The staff was very attentive, I enjoyed my staying there.

The lady handling the check in was kind, helped me with my stuff so I didnt have to carry it upstairs and offered me delicious cheese spetzle even though I came late and the kitchen was closed. Great place to stay - felt like good old Germany 10 years ago when people behaved politely and nice to each other. Can only recommend!
Great location, with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, the main train station, port and much more within walking distance. Large living space and well equipped kitchen. Clean. Two bathrooms. Can shut up part of the apartment, allowing early risers to not disturb others.
Lovely big room with high ceilings and very comfortable, with a small kitchen, and nice bathroom. It was an unusual building but easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was self service, but very good. Comfortable for a 3 day stay. Boat trips were excellent and interesting.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need to relax. Very comfortable beds. Modern bathroom, large terrace. A nice living room (but there is only one armchair and a very small table). In the kitchen - a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave. Check-in is very simple. There are also lockers to store your luggage until 3 p.m. A very nice stay in a quiet place - but very close to the old town and the port.
Location is superb, in the middle of Constance downtown, but also in a quiet street. There were all facilities as described, bed super big and comfy. Many details of design, No stairs to access as it is in ground floor (one step inside between "kitchen" and room). A recommendable place to stay in this city.
