I loved the nice shower, fridge and the cutest dishwasher. There was coffee, tea, sugar and everything you need for a little weekend getaway (pans, pots, toaster, paper towels, glasses and utensils). There’s an info folder with addresses for cafes and grocery stores nearby, emergency numbers.
There were even books (but only in German)! Super clean and cozy

The apartment was sufficient equipped, spacious and clean. We had no notable noise, although we could hear the upstairs neighbours walking on the wooden floors in the morning plus the ventilation noise when in bed. The metro stop Denhaide was right next to it, we travelled by metro all week (about 8, - for a day ticket and 20 minutes from the city centre), was really fine. The landlord has tried to meet wishes well. The house was very nice, spacious, sufficiently equipped and quite new. You could easily get breakfast nearby in the quiet, neat working-class neighbourhood. The homeless who sometimes stand next to the door downstairs, yes some of them have a dark skin colour but they are extremely quiet and friendly and we do not see what the people from the previous reviews are bothered by. Finally: thanks for this small radio attention made our lives a more pleasant.

Really nice welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Well stocked kitchen - you can help yourself to a selection of drinks, salads, snacks. Lovely breakfast. Nicely decorated. Al round happy atmosphere!
Hostel is in a great location, easy to go around Hamburg with some cool bars, cafés and restaurants around it. Staff was lovely and helpful. Showers were good, but the showerhead didn't have a high holder attached to the wall, so I had to hold it up to be able to wash my hair. Kitchen is well equipped.
It was quiet, the room had a fridge and TV, and despite the description stating that the shower and toilet are on the floor, the facilities were in the room. The bed was a triple bunk, and you had to make it yourself. There's a small kitchen available for general use. The street was quiet and clean, which can't be said for the surrounding area. Keyless access, we didn’t even see any staff for two days.
Didn't take up the offer of breakfast, due to the reviews. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Three of four staff allowed me access to the kitchen to make tea, as there were no kettles in rooms. Needed an unplanned extra night's stay, which was easily arranged.
