The apartment was really spacious and had a really well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage/wardrobe space. The location was really central - in the shopping area of the city but only a 10 minute walk to old town and the river and the apartment was really quiet. Our plane was delayed so we arrived at around midnight but Mazdak was on hand when we arrived to give us our keys etc. despite it being late and showed us round our apartment.

Right next to the u bahn, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, useful to have free coffee and toast and fruit, the kitchen space was a nice sociable hostel experience.
Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is really really nice. The interior is decorated to a high standard yet It feels homely and a great place to relax. Loved relaxing on the balcony in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the area felt safe and inclusive.

We stayed at a self catering room at 2nd floor which had access to the green/brown roof ie the roof of the pool made it very pleasant. Very good bathroom and kitchen size and fitting.
The apartment was just right for our family winter visit to the city. It was so comfortable, warm, well equipped and lovely to return to after a day out. Cosy dressing gowns were a bonus. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering. The city centre (main station and cathedral) are just 15 minutes away by S-Bahn and and a short walk and there are two good supermarkets nearby. Marion is a very thoughtful, friendly host and provided full access information in the days before we arrived.
