We highly recommend staying in this apartment! It is located right in the middle of the historical centre of the city. It features a modern interior but is in a lovely old house with thick walls and a really eye-catching ceiling. The bed is very comfy, furniture, appliances and kitchenware are all nice and new. The host was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He helped us find the property over the phone and assigned us a nice parking spot right across the street =)

We found all we needed. There was a fully equipped kitchen and even some books and games for kids. The apartment inside is very well designed and with all modern equipment and comfort. The free parking spot was waiting for us. The contact with the host was very nice.
Wonderful and spacious apartment in the first floor of the house. It has a lovely terrace in the yard outside. The place is very nicely decorated, spotless and it gives the feeling of home. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are very comfortable. There are many things to do and see in the lovely farytale city of Bautzen which is at a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's a great place in a city center for travellers without luggage (our room was upstairs, with a great view).
I don't know if all the rooms have such a nice small kitchen hidden in a closet, but our had and it was a surprise for me.
The place is clean, in very good condition, considering it's an old house.
Everything you need is there: nicely smelling soaps and other small things in the bathroom, comfortable siting aream, coffee, tea.
Staff is friendly and helpful, despite the fact they almost don't speak English.
The apartment is quite big, well decorated and even though its in the attic apartment, it doesnt feel like that. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean and water pressure great, kitchen is fully functional and fully equipped.
By far the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. The beds were excellent and the kitchen was well stocked. The living space was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our family of four loved this apartment and the surrounding area.

Nice big room in the hotel in city centre. Althought it´s in city centre it was calm during evening and night (we were there during weekend where there are more people in the streets). We were surprised by the nice small kitchen which is covered in the cupboard. We didn´t meet the staff, handover of the keys was done via mobile talk so in this case you need to speak german or english language.
Big apartment, spacious and, bright rooms. Provided clean towels and bedsheets, pillows and the apartment also had board games and various kitchen amenities. Apartment was well decorated and looked very cosy. The rooms and kitchen were clean except for the bathroom.
