What an amazing location within walking distance of the Trauffer Museum and Ballenberg Museum and so many fabulous hikes! The room setup was perfect for our trip with grandparents. The apartment and kitchen were very well appointed and had everything we needed! The place was perfectly clean. We will absolutely be back.

Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had.
Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . The wooden cottage right in the lap of mountains made our experience unique, hospitable and friendly couple as the host was a huge plus as we checked in quite late. You also get well equiped communal kitchen and personal kitchen as well. I really loved staying at the place
The location is beautiful, the hosts were very welcoming. We booked a family room with a small kitchenette. However the host offered us the kitchen downstairs to cook which was very helpful. The rooms were very clean.
Francesca and Stephan were extremely helpful and support us with almost every need. All instructions were clearly provided, and check in and check out procedures were smooth and simple. All facilities were available in the kitchen in case someone wanted to have their own meals.
This is a magnificent place with very nice hosts, who were very welcome to us and told us a lot of stories about the interesting things around. We liked the balkony a lot and the shared kitchen has a lot of space.
In summer there is a lot of hiking all around, with an option to use a gondolla to go up to Rothorn and see the highest Swiss Alps.
We will definitely come back in winter as there is a family-friendly resort and a good skiing school.
