Great Location with walking distance to Promenade and Restaurants. Short walk to Bus stop. The Apartment was clean and Comfortable with view of Lake. there where some stairs to Apartment which was not a problem for us. it was nice to have A/C and a Parking spot near by. Picturesque view, grill and pool were at the ready, ping-pong table, equipped kitchen, and small details across the house are nicely thought-out. Garden is well maintained with a few large mediterranean plants. The house is clearly used often but easily meets the weekend house standards and it has a nice layout with the view from multiple rooms, balcony and pool. Thanks!

The apartment is very roomy with a stunning view and a balcony. The kitchen and living room share the same view. We enjoy cooking our dinner in the apartment. Laundry is available. The car park is just downstairs and very convenient and the lift made it easy to access to the apartment which is situated on the 3rd floor. The host is very nice!
Clean, well-appointed apartment with a magnificent view over the lake from the lounge and the small balcony. Excellent location for seeing the area - very close to the pier for boat trips on the lake, and above the main road from Locarno to Italy (hence the inevitable traffic noise, but this never became a problem). Private parking straight-forward. Hosts greeted on arrival (despite our uncertain arrival time) and were always helpful. Wifi excellent; air conditioning in main room; kitchen had everything we needed.
