The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !

The property was clean, quiet and very spacious. We had direct access to the lake for our paddleboards. Alessandra was very helpful and a great communicator. She has literally thought of everything you need for the perfect stay. The Prosecco was such a lovely touch. What a beautiful apartment. My wife and I were very impressed. Bright, large, very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. A kitchenette (well equipped) including an espresso machine with capsules and tea was available, as well as two bottles of mineral water.
