The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !

We wanted to extend our stay with Lugano Superior Suites at the last minute. Unfortunately we had to move rooms, however, the hosts were VERY accommodating, assisting us with moving our luggage from one suite to another. The second suite we were moved to didn't have a washing machine (so if this is important to you, make sure you check).
Location was great for us with some really good restaurants located nearby.

The ground floor apartment is in a quiet area,15-20 mins walk to the center. Streets don't have short ways (steps), therefore it can be quite exhausting with all the ups and downs.
Apartment was cleaned properly, we nicely were allowed an early check-in. The access to the flat using a key box with a code is quite smooth.
It has everything needed for comfy stay including stuff for some minor cooking.

What a beautiful apartment. My wife and I were very impressed. Bright, large, very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. A kitchenette (well equipped) including an espresso machine with capsules and tea was available, as well as two bottles of mineral water.
