The ground floor apartment is in a quiet area,15-20 mins walk to the center. Streets don't have short ways (steps), therefore it can be quite exhausting with all the ups and downs.
Apartment was cleaned properly, we nicely were allowed an early check-in. The access to the flat using a key box with a code is quite smooth.
It has everything needed for comfy stay including stuff for some minor cooking.

The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !

The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lake, close to the center of Morcote. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of four, with two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is decently equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The apartment has a slightly old-fashioned charm, however it is very nice and cozy. One interesting feature is the stairs to the apartment, which are actually the beginning of a 400-step stairway leading directly up to the Santa Maria del Sasso church.
I liked the communication with the owner. I liked the exact directions with finding the location, an excellent financial suggestion for parking. Our accommodation was somewhere in the attic apartment. The kitchen is excellently equipped, a lot of space for dining and relaxing. In the apartment there was information to help you with the facilities of the apartment. I have read many negative reviews about the heat, but if the information provided by the owner is read, you make an excellent heat.
Great location, with all you need in the apartment, great kitchen, nice outdoor seating and nicely quiet at night - for a good sleep. The host Simona is very kind and did everything to make the stay nice. Recommended place if you like to visit Morcote!
Location is great, close to the lake, you can see it from the terrace. Kitchen is well equipped and sauna was a nice bonus at the end of the day, after a long hike. Parking place was also very good, and easy self-checkin.
