The property is comfortable ,nice , modern , furnished , easy to access, to our our suite by elevator, and I like the luggage room which is well organized inside the building basement ,the suite has every thing we need in the kitchen from the spoons to plate sett, which is includes also,dishwasher,refrigerator, freezer ,in addition to a very good brand of washing machine , moreover, I like the location of the property where there are many shops and restaurants among residential area , near educational establishments such as schools and universities, also , its a steps away from the river where I enjoyed walking beside the river , I highly recommend it .

Central location with an easy walk to the train station and into the main town are. Parking spot that was an available was right next to the building, and the view from the terrace was outstanding. Having the sofa bed still have a portion that remained as a sitting area separate from the pull out was nice and there was plenty of space overall for us to spread out.

The Apartament is in a calm street, so its perfect to relax, but if you want to reach the old town, its also only a 30 min walk, or you can take a bus as well.

Spacious, comfy, clean and well-equipped apartment (was on the 3rd floor) with balcony and lift in the building. We had everything we needed for a few days. Well-equipped kitchen (kitchenware, coffee capsules, soap ,dishwasher tablets, sugar, oil). Close to the supermarket and the bus stop. Check-in without staff with good instruction.
The Host, Rebecca, the modern decor, the well equipped kitchen, the views, the air-con, the ambiance. We did not want to leave. Becca was generous with her time, knowledge and hospitality. The apartment is a gem.
Location, good size for a family, quiet, clean and has all you may need for an overnight stay, e.g. kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. Parking available for extra charge.
This was a great base for our weekend in Lugano and check in was easy. The host was very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is well-equipped and we loved the beautiful bathroom. The toiletries were a great touch. An elevator means easy access with luggage.
