- The staff was amazing, very helpful and smiling.
- We loved the location, high above the city with breathtaking views and some attractions nearby.
- We stayed for one night during a very hot day but at night the room became cooler with fresh air from the terrace and a fan was enough. We slept very well.
- The shower is tiny but with very good water pressure.
- Decent room size. Even a small kitchen but we didn’t use it.
- Breakfast was ok.
This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!
The apartment is very comfortable and relaxing, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our meals. The apartment furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The underground car park was great
The accommodation was lovely and in a wonderful location. It was comfortable one room studio with a small kitchen that had everything we needed - and had coffee pods and tea too! And the room was ready early so we could get in and leave our luggage!!!!
Amazing place! 2 minutes walking distance from the lake, city center and train station. There are 2 parking places, one direct under the hotel and the other one on the same street. The hotel room is enormous, with separate bedroom, large terrace and a kitchenette. Everything clean and comfortable.
The young lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
I can definitely recommend this place!
Things to know.
You can use the communal kitchen to store a few things. If you want breakfast, you can book and get it at the hotel half a block away. It's good.
The bathroom (toilet) is one floor down, and kept locked. The shower is adjacent to the room. (en-suite) I didn't know the key was hanging in the room that contains the shower. Good to know if you have to go in a hurry.

Kitchen staff was really friendly and brought positivity to the day every time we went to breakfast and when using their room services.
We got good travel recommendations from the receptionist. She explained to us everything about Locarno and recommended places to visit. She was friendly and knew how to answer our questions with details.
