The apartment is beautiful with a great view! The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need to cook and both the bed and the hide-a-couch were very comfortable. There is a great balcony and the whole apartment was very clean. It is just across the street from the Metro that goes all the way to Ouchy at the waterfront and stops at the train station. Perfect location!

location right by the lake was fantastic with an excellent bus service to the main town right outside the location. Room was great size for 2 people and the kitchenette was perfect. Being given some washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel was a great addition. Bathroom was clean and shower was excellent.
The coffee shop beneath had an excellent value breakfast deal and served great coffee.
Location was excellent for walking and exploring Lausanne. Room was plenty large enough for 2 persons. The kitchenette has everything needed to cook in room to help save some money during an expensive Switzerland vacation.
The facilities were good, we stayed in one en suite room and one single room with kitchenette and shared bathroom. The kitchenette defintely saved us money with a trip to Aldi for the 10 days costing us less than two McDonald’s takeouts. The facilities were clean, and it was in very close proximity to the metro which takes you to the lake in around 10 minutes. There is access at the front and back - I have mobility problems so using the single step at the back with my key was much easier than climbing the steps at the front
The location is perfect, at a 5-minute walk from the train station, from a metro station, and a 15-minute walk down to the lake. The apartment is in an old building, but recently renovated, so it looks great. The check-in and check-out process is digital, so all goes smoothly. They allowed us to check in earlier and provided us with a Lausanne pass. Everything was spotless and tastefully furnished; beds were super comfy, and even the kitchenette had all the necessary equipment for a short stay.
5 min walk to Riponne Maurice Bejart metro station and can reach Lausanne Gare relatively quickly (just 2 stops away). There was a kitchen and a fridge if you wanted to cook. Room was fairly spacious with TV as well.
Apartment is very bright, spacious enough.
Especially good for family of 4 or just for couple.
In the kitchen there is everything what you need that is really important when you are travelling with children and are used to cook at home.
Nature lovers will like this place because the building is surrounded by greenery.
