Very lovely host who goes out of her way to explain everything and help out. The apartment is in a wonderful quiet location close to a forest and with beautiful views of the lake and the surroundings. All public transportation is free thanks to the guest card (issued by the city), and it was very easy to get to the city/lake and back, buy groceries at the nearby supermarket, and discover other parts of the canton of Neuchâtel. We had a wonderful time and felt welcomed in this very friendly, comfortable and convenient place!

Great place if you here to visit the city
This hotel has been recently renovated and is bright, modern and clean. Our studio kitchenette room was a lesson in fitting everything in without ending up too tight. The kitchenette is minimally equipped but enough to heat something up.
The room itself is great. It's spacious, well located and with a small kitchen.
It's possible to safely store your bike for the night inside the building.
The hotel is right next to a vegan and gluten-free friendly restaurant.
The location is very good and central, everything is within walking distance. The manager was friendly and tried to help a few times for instance when the TV and internet was not working in the room. Value for money overall is good, the room is ok, it has even a reasonably sized fridge and the bed was good. The kitchen facilities would be quite good if only everything was really clean and tidy, dishes, pans, etc. tidy in cupboards, sink and table clean and everything clean around the trash can.
Just an overnight stay to get away for the weekend with a friend and her family. Flat was beautifully laid out and extremely clean. Kitchen looked new, as did the bathroom. Location was great for museums and there’s a small park that will keep little ones entertained for a brief while. Couldn’t fault our hostess whose English was excellent. That was a help as my French is less than even half decent!
