Franz and his wife are exceptionally nice people and the whole place is very lovely. Beautiful self-built yurt with an amazing view over the lake. The location is very quiet and remote and we had a really great stay! They have two cats and a dog :) Breakfast is 15.- per person and we could choose from eggs, yoghurt, different breads and home made jam. We can definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a simple, but lovely night in the heart of the Swiss mountains.

We had an unforgettable time at the Panorama Jurte. The views of Uri Lake and the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. The yurt was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the best part was Luna, their adorable and smart dog, who made us feel right at home. The place is truly pet-friendly—even our cat was welcomed, and as you can see from the photo, she felt like a queen soaking up all the good vibes! For other guests, there’s also the option of enjoying a Thai dinner or booking a massage to relax after a hike, which sounds amazing. Ideal for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind in a unique setting. We can’t wait to return!

The appartment was great. Everything was very clean, well thought of and comfortable. The place had everything. The sauna and the fireplace were the highlights. Our 3 year old daughter loved as well all the little amenities for children that there are in the appartment. Very friendly hosts. Very easy check in and check out experience. Fantastic set of info provided for what visitors can do around. Location is very good, very close to a super market, the train station, downtown, bakeries, cafes etc.
The views of the mountains are incredible.

We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

The self catering property met all our expectations, parking was easy and safe. Location was quiet yet
close enough to the towns amenities. Good base from which to visit this part Switzerland. Lovely hosts

Location and staff. The guesthouse is on the mountain, only reachable by cablecar (two options). This makes the location unique. The owners, Eszter and Stefano, plus the staff made it feel like home. Good kitchen, great breakfast. Many walkways/routes to choose from. Everything is clean and well kept. We never had to wait to be able to take a shower.
The view from this place is just stunning! I came to Switzerland to see the beauty of the country side and this place just shows it all! Nice walk down a supermarket and lake (20 mins), great views from the pool and the gentleman who works in the restaurant went above and beyond for us giving us the fan from the kitchen for my baby to sleep with as it was hot for the time we were staying there!

Owners set warm temperatures in the rooms before check-in, which is really nice during winter trips, especially when everyone around talking about heating costs 😀
Fully equipped kitchen, rooms with ventilation and recuperator installed which gives you fresh air without losing heat.

The view was fantastic. We arrived shortly after the kitchen closed. They were nice enough to still fix us an excellent meal, which was very nice of them.
Well-maintained and good located apartment in small town Gersau, 2 streets from lake front, close to supermarket. Private parking place under carport. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso and high quality cutlery and pans. Laundry possibilities. Very friendly hosts who provided coffee, made sure we were ok. Easy to get to many of the beautiful mountains and areas surrounding Luzern Lake. Felt like we were at home.

We got an upgrade for our room and could use the Studio for the same price as the hotel room. The studio was bigger and included a kitchen and tv.
It was very clean and comfortable, located at the centre of Gersau.

Very good accommodation, with a beautiful terrace, spacious and everything that one can need during a trip. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have seen so far, you have more than you would need in a trip with children.
