The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Door to door commute to the airport was only 17 minutes. Also liked the suburban feel of the property. Felt very homey.

excellent communication with the property before we arrived. They were very quick to provide answers to all questions I had.
On day of arrival, the cleaning staff was still cleaning the home when we were supposed to check in, but it only delayed us by one half hour.
We did notice during.the stay that some areas of the home were not fully cleaned
We found a pair of water goggles and some q-tips in couch cushions; candy wrappers under a bed; open bag of chips in a bedside table. The food wrappers were not products that anyone in our family brought along.

Everything **The place was fantastic, probably one of the best places we have stayed in on our travels. Full kitchen, living room, nice clean bathroom, separate bedroom (king size bed) with walk in closet and a room with a washer and dryer. It was like having your own apartment. There is a private entrance to the suite and every room was nicely decorated and clean. It is a basement suite but it is in a brand new house so it doesn’t feel like a basement at all. We loved it and the price was excellent. 5 stars.

Staff were kind and accommodating. Had a crib waiting in our room and allowed us to check in early so our child could nap. Location was perfect for what we were there for, lots of shopping and great restaurants of all kinds nearby. Loved having a kitchenette in our room.

One night stay between flights. I really can't fault the hotel accommodation. The room was astonishingly large, with king bed, a sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. Strong wifi. I had an excellent night's sleep.

I liked that the corner Store was there.it was convenient...when I needed coffee or a bite to eat in the am. Also the Earls...Barber Shop...cold drinks..and a convenient store nearby. I felt at home with the kitchenette.
I had booked through a 3rd party site, booking a room I didn't realise was way too small for my gf and I. The staff was very helpful in getting me upgraded to a bigger room. The room was huge! Kitchenette and fireplace, something I had never seen before! Was very happy with my stay there.
Reception staff should be paid more for working 2 jobs. They had to run between reception and the kitchen for breakfast. They were always so pleasant in such adversity.
