The people upstairs were very quiet. The host provided bottles of water and coffee pods. The kitchen was equipped with pans, pots, mugs and other useful things for a meal. The mattress and sofa were very comfortable. The decoration of the apartment is nice - the warm accents make the place feel cozy.
Very new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central Kitchener location, on LRT line and short walk to downtown. Underground parking available a definite plus. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, all you need for a short or long stay.
It was very nice and clean apartment. It has all the necessary things. Very convenient location. It has its own balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is also everything you need for washing and cleaning. The family enjoyed the stay a lot.
Basement apartment with separate entrance for privacy. The owner paid incredible attention to details, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for renters. The place was nicely decorated and furnished. It was exceptionally comfortable, feeling truly like a home away from home. Mike is very responsive to questions and has been most pleasant to deal with before and during our stay. The location is in downtown Kitchener, so it is very convenient to get to dinner locations, and to get any supply you need.

Good facilities. Comfortable bed and furniture, although living seating could be improved with an extra comfy chair with recliner or cassock at least. Kitchen was well equipped and supplied. Nice cheater from the bedroom to the washroom. Nice balcony, which would be pleasant to use during warmer weather. Nice security building. Good full size coffee maker. Pleasant decor.
