This place was excellent to stay. I had a great sea and city view (room 720). Bathroom was clean and shower was more than sufficient. I didn’t use the tv but i understood it offers streaming services (netflix).
The location is just outside the city so you’ll have to take a long walk (carefull) or just take an affortsble uber. Elevators are a bit slow. Gym facilities were good and there is a nice swimming pool on the rooftop.
I also did stay in the more expensive reymar hotel which is adjacent to this one. With the exeption of breakfast rn studio premium does offer more for less.

Well-located apartment, in front of the beach. Rooms were good, shower was great, kitchen was mostly well-equipped. I havent met the owner but he answered my questions promptly. He also allowed us to leave a bit after the checkout time, which was very convenient. Price was good too. Overall highly recommended.
The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay even better. The receptionists were super helpful. The kitchen team that did the breakfasts were so happy and we enjoyed there conversations. Our room was cleaned and looked after by the amazing Sandra. She was adorable and every day we had a surprise towel arrangement on our bed.
I stayed 3 nights, it was a great time, the hostel is pretty relaxed, only at night there is some music behind, but it didn't bother me. Te staff was nice, I had no complaints.
The kitchen is well equipped, I liked the idea with the lockers for your food and plates etc.
The bed was comfortable, only the room is a bit dark but it's ok, bathroom was clean.
I liked the meditation area with the red light too.
Near to the beach on a good part of the city, it was worth the price to stay, I would stay here again.
Wonderful spacious apartment in a great location close to the beach and supermarkets. Three good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen area. Lovely balcony too.
The apartment is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. There were more stuff than advertised (there was a small kitchen).
There is a beach nearby, although not very good for swimming.
It seems to have good facilities, although the pool was not filled up.
This place is perfect for two persons who want two bathroom and some common space. It is located in Jatiuca and the beach is at 5mn walk. There are many restaurants at walking distance and all prices. The owner has been extremely helpful in solving questions I may need for the travel conditions. The air conditioning works fine, the kitchen offers good amenities, internet is working without problem. Overall, excellent private apartment in Jatiuca. Hot water works fine also.
