Mara was exceptional she responded immediately to the AC problem all in all a great stay and we would highly recommend.It is an excellent location and excellent staff.I can't say enough about Mara I hope I have her name correct she is an exceptional person and great at her job and empathetic to any problems that the guests have. Amazing location. Great breakfast with gluten free options. Lunch and dinner also lovely and kitchen very flexible with creating gluten free alternatives. Rooms modern and clean.

The location was great. It wasn't too far from anything and it was very peaceful throughout the day in to the night.
The kitchen provided everything to do basic cooking and the fridge provided ample space.
The room was spacious, plenty of room for whatever. I was just person, but I imagine it easily accommodates 3-4.
Three fans were provided which was important for the day.
There is a sink on the outside terrace to do laundry and line on which to hang.
The host was very easy to communicate with and overall everything was great.
The condominium is great. The apartment is a bit small and it could use some personal touch to make it more comfortable. For instance the sofa should be renewed and the kitchen pans could use an update. For the rest fine. Internet works great for home office and online meetings.
Very good experience. The apartment has everything you need and is super comfortable. The AC works well, the bed is comfy the kitchen is large. Location is perfect. The view is nice and you have a super nice pool area. There is no reception, but the administrator reply very fast by whatsapp in case you need something.
Good location in the city centre close to a supermarket, Iracema Beach, the Cathedral and public transport (there are frequent and quick buses that take you to Meireles and Beira Mar otherwise it is a 25/30 minute walk), in front of the hostel you can find a couple of museums, a cultural centre and a night market with food stalls.
Good Wi-Fi, A/C is on only at night-time, the shared kitchen is decently equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff is nice, calm area, excellent facilities with well equipped kitchen, outdoor area, bedrooms are cosy and spacious, beds and linen comfortable. No Ac but fans which is perfect.
