The apartment was very well stocked, with everything we needed for a few days in Zell am See. Communication with David was clear and thoughtful from the start. The apartment was well equipped with appliances, and cooking utensils. So we had the option of eating in with our little one or going out which was appreciated. The location is excellent, right close to everything without being noisy. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Hotel was amazing, with its outdoor hot pool and sauna. Furthermore, It is very close to the ski areas, and offers a ski room to store skiing equipment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and room simply looked amazing, with a stunning view and very clean. I will definitely come back again.

The staff was brilliant. Love our breakfast host, she was so nice and friendly. She cooked omelets for all if you wanted. She made her own fruit drinks in the morning. From the middle of the day you could take beer, prosecco and wine (bottles) from the kitchen, just wrote your room number and what you have had on a paper and we left the hotel end of the stay, we paid for it, not expensive at all. 2-5 minutes walk to the bathing "beach". 10 minutes to nearest lift to the mountain. 2 min walk to all restaurates and bars.
Excellent place, full value for the price, Steven's attitude and service are at the highest level, very clean, private parking adjacent, practical and comfortable kitchenette, in the summer you get a Zell am See summer card worth a lot, free public transportation, free entry to sites or at a discount, highly recommended
I love the location, it was very central and perfect for me. The house had a very nice, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was right next to me, so I had feeling of bigger space for myself. It was very nice to talk to people who are working/living there.
A very friendly host. An example: the coffee-machine did not work at the arrival, but the host got it fixed “faster than fast”. Great little apartment with all necessary for a holiday week + a nice balcony. The Downstairs restaurant “Village Kitchen” was also very nice and an recommendation worth. An importantly is the Austrian people very friendly and it’s an amazing beautiful country.
Very kind and helpful ladies at the reception desk. Hotel was very nice, pool and sauna superb. Breakfast fantastic. Location - very close to city center (walking distance) coffee machine at the reception at all times with very good coffee.
We had the two room studio, enough room for 2 adults with two little kids(2,4). Fully equipped kitchen with really everything you need.

The clou of this suite hotel is that all rooms feature a window front with balcony (most of them with a view of Lake Zell), and an ensuite sauna (2 pers max). Conversely, there is no common spa or sauna area. Rooms also feature a kitchenette and fridge, allowing for self catering nights.
Great breakfast buffet style, and large garage. Walking distance to the town centre, but uphill on the way back.
