I think this was the best place I have ever stayed at while on any trip I've ever been to. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are absolutely beautiful with hand-crafted furniture pieces, paintings and drawings are done by hand, not just printed pictures like almost any other place I've been to. The interior in general was beautiful. If you plan on cooking, I think there's nothing missing from the kitchen. And if you go mountain hiking, the trail starts almost next to this place. If anything, I felt like we were underpaying for this good service that we got. I really wish there would be more places like this and I hope to visit this place again very soon :)

This is a friendly, cozy and comfortable appartment equipped with anything you can possibly need in the kitchen and even a washing machine. It's situated next to a little patch of forest, so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony in the company of squirrels and birds. Some rooms and the balconies have partial views on the surrounding mountains and the beautiful valley.

Very comfortable apartment for a family of four, warm, kitchen was very well appointed, nice shower with good pressure hot water. Comfortable beds and good quality linen. There were even some toys for young children. Hosts were onsite and super helpful. Great location, walking distance from the train station, very close to ski hire, lift and learners slope.
Amazing place, big house, comfortable rooms, common big areas for activities for big companies, kitchen with all facilities for stay. Sauna and 2 toilets. Very good owner. They have ski boots and skies for rent. Have a parking places for cars.

Very clean inside, lot of towels, fresh linen. Nice Italian restaurant is in front of the apartment. Host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and definitely would love to return again.
The property was excellent. Spotlessly clean with beautiful decor. We stayed in suite and the mini bar was nice extra touch. The suite had numerous radiators which was great after a days skiing. The host Andrea was around if needed but in a very unobtrusive way. Location is brilliant for ski slopes and we had use of wet room for our ski equipment and we could use the kitchen to cook which was a nice touch.
The apartment it's situated next to the Happy Lift and 3 minutes from Semmering ski lifts. Parking next to the villa!
The host was very nice with us, waiting for us to handover the apartment keys in the late afternoon. The apartment was clean, modern furniture and the bunk beds were very comfortable. Room temperature adjustable between 18-26 degrees, very good heating system. The kitchen had all of the necessary accessories in order to prepare food. Billa market 1 minute far away from the apartment. We had a very good stay!
