The reception is in the nearby hotel.
The bus stop is close, but the bus is not going very often, so you have to use car anyway. The road to the property is quite busy, but due to orientation you don't hear it. You hear a bit the road in the valley though.
You can walk to the Schladming city center, it takes 20min down the steep hill.

Great location! Everything was so close- The supermarket, the pub, the shops, the pharmacy. You can park your car in a private car park ( about 200m across the street)and just walk around.

Everything was excellent about the appartment. Very good location, in the center, but not in a noisy area, spatious, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, comfy atmosphere. It it very important that a privat parking was provided closeby free of charge. Schadming has so much to offer and the fact that you receive a Sommer card from the proprety helps you enjoy the attractions.
A very beautiful home in the mountains with wooden interiors, a big living room with a big gallery/balcony with the view of Alps. The bedroom are super comfy decent size.

Nice garden with trampoline and other activities for kids (e.g. different kinds of strollers for kids from 5 to 10). And funny ducks, a goat with view to Dachstein. Bautiful sauna. Simply paradise for Families.
