The location of the guesthouse is excellent. Right in the middle of Obertauern with a wondrous view of the mountains. We could also enjoy the view in the little semi-walled part of the room, which had a 2-person sofa, a chair, and a coffee table. That was our favorite part of the room.
The room came with the facilities and amenities advertised. The host was very kind and helpful as well, and there was an option to pay the city tax preemptively by bank transfer, which we prefer to cash. The room was clean and spacious, with lots of storage space, and a nice, clean bathroom.
The hosts also provided some coffee pods to use with their pod machine, which was a kind gesture.
Their messaging was very clear too - they made an effort to communicate in clear and understandable English, which we appreciated, as we don't speak German too well. They also told us that there would be no one at the reception, but we ended up meeting one of the hosts, who helped us retrieve the keys from the lockbox, which was a kind gesture as well.

The place was really clean, well equipped and spacious. We loved that they allowed dogs, even though it was quite expensive (18 € per dog per day...). It's very close to one of the ski lifts to the Zauchensee/Flachauwinkl region. There's also a well equipped game room if you have kids (or wanna play yourself!)
Also the rooms were very well noise insulated, including the toilet and bathroom.

The view was spectacular. In apartment was everything we needed. We had two bathrooms, bedroom and living room with kitchen and sofa. Beds were very comfortable, we had free parking and dog was for free.
In town was one open restaurant and that's it. There was really calm and quiet.
The location was great, easy walk in and out to the slopes, less than a minute of effort. The ski room was very nice and very spatious. The apartment very nice kitchen machinery and everything was present.
Staff was very kind and helpful, the apartment was really nice with wonderful sight from the balcony on top floor. Kitchen was well equipped, living room part was spacious and comfortable.
