We enjoyed staying at this guesthouse - converted from an old farmhouse. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and we enjoyed meeting them and learning about the farm property.

Clean, very new apartment. Was convenient for an overnight stop for our family on our road trip. Check in was a little confusing upon arrival, but was sent a video after we arrived that made it super easy.

Nice apartment size with all necessary amenities for a short stay, including a small kitchen for preparing snacks and coffee. The location close to the center is absolutely perfect, the area very quiet and the church bells in the vicinity are not really an issue, as some of the former guests were mentioning in their reviews...actually we didn't even hear them after a while.
The apartment was very nice and clean, equipped kitchen, quite location, nice view to the garden and towards Linz with Alps on the horizon. Definitely would recommend this place.
The apartments are located in the very center of the city, parking is available. Very well equipped, every detail has been thought of in the kitchen, bathroom and rooms. Responsive guest hosts. Information about the possibilities of the city has been left, it can be left for reference in the guest book. It was also possible to agree that we could leave the car in the garage a little longer.
The host was very communicative and supportive. We got all necessary instructions for check in, including photos, so it was super easy. Furthermore, as our kids got sick during the night of our stay, the host allowed us to have a later check out.
The parking for the car is just in front of the entrance door, so it was very comfortable. The appartment, including kitchen, had all amenities we needed.
Great building reconstruction with beautiful entrance, exterior spaces with amazing greenery , stairs. Chairs is on every floor when you need rest :)

Very clean apartment, very nice hosts, really close to the cathedral Linzer Mariendom, coffee shops, bakers, restaurants.. The location has all the necessary facilities, such as Nespresso coffee machine, all necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities, Alexa home assistant etc. There is even a room where drinks are kept (wines, whiskey, gin, beer) that can be bought.
