Apartment itself was gorgeous. Beautiful and clean facilities. Location is perfect with a ski bus basically next door. Easy walk into town and to the train. Near some restaurants and bars and rental shops.

The check-in is at a different place than the rooms; it was easy to find and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was pretty large, with a balcony. The kitchenette was good, pretty well-stocked, we used the tea kettle a lot. The beds were comfortable. The heat was on, easy to control, there were plenty of windows to open for cooling. Reserved parking was right at the building. There were multiple closets to use, which made the rooms a lot more organized.

The localization and the comfort of the apartment were brilliant - shop 5 meters, city center 20 meters. Parking for free at the door of the apartment. Elevator. The apartment was spacious - two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and a dining area.
Great location. We have fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony.
The interior is really nice and the kitchen is well-equipped! It was cozy and relaxing to spend an evening there.
The host is also friendly and welcoming.
The view is amazing and the veranda outside is perfect to sit on in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for tea. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even provided coffee bags to use with the coffee machine. The room was clean, and there was a parking space assigned for each guest so it was convenient. There are many hiking options nearby, and it was close enough to walk into town to grab dinner/lunch. I would like to visit this guesthouse again if I return :)
We got an room update which was very nice. The apartment was well prepairef. The kitchen could be a bit more better equipet but for our stay, it was alright.
The no Wifi was a bit frustrated but we could deal with it.

Location is perfect, just 10 mins walk to centre, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The bus stop is in front of the hotel if necessary. We stayed in 2-rooms flat. The bathroom, towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking
and with coffee, tea kettle. The bed was so comfy!!! It was calm and not noisy at all, perfect for couples.

- It is 2 min walk from the most convenient ski lift - it goes right to the central area of Kitzski.
- Spar and Billa are 10 min walk

· We didn't expect any ski room, but guests can store skies and snowboards in the garage (we also stored there a stroller for our baby).
· Very well equipped kitchen - you have all you need (except for the microwave, but we didn't need it anyways)
Cosy, warm and comfortable wood-lined apartment with two balconies, one just perfect for watching the sun go down! Solid traditional wooden furniture, wood-fired oven, new shower, kitchenette with microwave/oven combo. Friendly family-run property with great busy restaurant specialising in game. Away from the very busy main road and just up the hill on a quieter road, overlooking the church. Morning ski bus leaves from around the corner
Location is excellent . Elizabeth was very helpful and welcoming. Large (4 bedroom apartment ) living space, immaculate and warm with plentiful hot water . Kitchen had everything we needed, it has a full oven and hob. All great , nothing negative at all . Loved it !
