The reception staff communicated with me on whatsapp to ensure smooth arrival after hours. The Bruggas taxi driver who picked us up from Zell Am See train station was given the wrong hotel address and left us there. We had to drag our luggage for 10 minutes to arrive at the 24 by Avenida.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious except for the flies in the kitchen and breakfast area.
A friendly male receptionist walked us to the bus stop and explained how the bus schedules work. Awesome.
I enjoyed my time here. The spacious layout, beautiful view, and the convenience of having all necessary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer have truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable
Everything in the place is wonderful. The bed, the furnishings, the decor, the cleanliness, the kitchen with all its small details, the beautiful terrace seating, and the bathroom is spacious and has a shower. It is truly a wonderful place and close to restaurants, cafes, and the center of Kaprun, as well as some of the Sigmund waterfalls and the Kaprun slide. I highly recommend it and I will not hesitate to Back again 😍😍
