It is only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt, and there's a good supermarket at the top of the hill and a brilliant bakery/café less than 5 minutes' walk! The apartment is also nice and warm! Emil was very friendly and helpful, giving us some good tips on what to do in and around Innsbruck, such as going up the cable car at Patscherkofel and eating at the Stiftskeller restaurant. Also the ski jump at Bergisel is worth visiting - they even have their own cake! The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Netflix was available on the television as well as many German and Austrian channels.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the kitchen equipment. Good location and close to public transport. Quiet neighborhood and cheap parking location nearby.
The host is very supportive and helpful. The kitchen is fully stuffed, all cutleries in good condition since it seems someone stays there occasionally. One would feel like being at home, although we didn't use anything for our consumption.

Though the location of the property is a bit away from the city (if you go by walk(, the stream running beside the rooms was the highlight and added the feeling of being close to Nature especially when keeping the door open in the night while sleeping on a hot day. Ii is very cozy and well equipped apartment, where you can stay not only for short period but also for longer time. Located close to the city center,walking distance from train station, next to ski jump tower. So specially suitable for ski jump fans but not only. Kitchen is fully equipped, not only with dishes but also you can find there all the spices you can think of. It has a balcony with a view of Alps which you can admire sitting on the comfortable sofa. Contact with the host was very good and without any issues.
This is a very comfortable, well equipped and well located apartment. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The tram into Innsbruck makes it a super convenient place to explore the area. The bedrooms are extremely spacious and the hosts are delightful. A supermarket and bakery are close by and the kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
