I would not give an apartment/hotel a 10/10 easily, only when it exceeds expectations like Herzzeit did. We stopped in Flagau to supercharge our electrical car on our trip to Croatia. We had planned to stay two nights, but we stayed one more night because we enjoyed our stay so much.
We really liked this large apartment that was super clean and very nicely decorated. The host suggested a wide range of activities/locations.
Our daughter loved the Rodel track and the free swim lake nearby. We also had a great Austrian diner in a restaurant suggested by the host.

We spent 5 days there in the summer with our 3 kids ( 16yrs, 13yrs and 9yrs), it was perfect for all of us! The owners were super nice and friendly, the appartment was clean, nice, new, fully equipped kitchen, good location-opposite there is a private playground, rabbits, trambouline. Quiet little town, supermarket few min walk, lot of opportunities what to do. We will surely go back again.

Our room was small, but very cosy with everything we needed. Room was very clean with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette, balcony, great view and good parking. Hosts were both kind, friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.
We stayed at Andrea's wonderful apartment for a week and were very impressed. The view is absolutely stunning! The rooms are comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen made food preparation easy and laundry facility on site was very convenient. A great bonus was the ping- pong table, which our teenagers absolutely loved!
This was a true gem! Beautifully located and had everything we needed. Very accommodating staff who arranged for us to swap rooms to 3rd floor instead of 1st (with Private balcony and bathtub)
The kitchen / chef was amazing - we had the set 4 course Menue and it was amazing, everything was fantastic both presentation and flavors. Made us want to stay the full week just to explore what they would serve next 😃 Breakfast also great with omelette made upon request and great tasting coffee selection!

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. In reality the apartment looks more beautiful than the pictures, every room has a beautiful view. It is comfortable, big and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern equipment. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The hostess is nice and kind when we asked for things she brought us and advised on trips in the area. We highly recommend the place
