Classic apartment was perfect for 3 adults, appreciated separate toilet and separate bathroom and seating was spread out so all could lounge around. Ski storage area had good boot heating and plenty of space. Location couldn’t be better - caught ski bus from and to train station on arrival and departure, never been so close to a gondola station, ski hire and supermarket! Saved so much money by self catering breakfast and dinner.

We were very impressed by the hostel. The facilities were great and very clean, as was our room. We spent time in the common area, admiring the mountains and watching the euros on the tv. The kitchen was also clean and well-equipped.
Really clean, great location. The shared bathroom and shower were close to the room so it was ok and also spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great, you can cook there, there is a coffee machine and fridges.
Everything was perfect. The appartment looks better than on the pictures. The kitchen is really fully equipped- pans and potts, enough glasses etc.. nothing broken or old.
It was possible to get to the slope in about 30m walking across a field/meadow,that is usually covered with snow (so you could directly ski from the appt), but there was not enough snow, so you had to walka few meters.
The town centre was 5min walking. Parking in front of the door.
Great place during our winter Holliday. We met Suzi/owner personally and she explain everything. On the top of that she makes for us discount card for bus travel. Flat were very spaceious with beautiful view to the mountains. Kitchen where we cooked dinners and breakfasts. travel to Kitzbehul took approx 25 min by car. Glad to come back next time

This is a wonderful house with very comfortable apartment in the mountains, couple of km s from Ellmau. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ area. You can enjoy your morning coffee from the terrace or from your living room with a perfect mountain view. By car close to Ellmau, Going, to restaurants and shops, also to the Wilder Kaiser cable cars. Perfect place for relaxation after hiking or having excursions nearby.
