Our family room was really big and clean with small kitchen corner. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we were really satisfied with the quality and selection of the food. In the hotel is sauna and pool which is perfect after all day skiing. Hotel shuttle to skiing area Stubnerkogelbahn cost 3 Euro / person and 1,5 Euro / kid. When you finish skiing you call the hotel for shuttle and it takes approx 10 minutes when driver comes for you.
Our friends forgot their ski boots in the hotel ski room, we called back to the hotel, hotel staff picked and packed the ski boots and arranged delivery to home address. We would like to thank you very much to hotel staff for this help.

We stayed 6 night in the lovely house in Bad Gastein. Every thing was perfect for us. New and clean apartment with all that we needed. Fullt equipped kitchen, nice bathroom/shower and a superb bed. Perfect and fast communication with Claudia, who answered all our questions, and gave tips about hikingtrails and other thing about Bad Gastein. A 7 minute stroll to restaurants and bars and very quiet. For us it was a 5+ stay and we would love to come back and we of course recommend Franzls:)
Location and its view are amazing.
Extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. Nothing had been forgotten and the kitchen equipment was of a high standard. Shop on site very handy.
We ate in the restaurant once which was excellent and a fair price.
Staff were lovely. We initially wanted to drop our luggage off a few hours early but they happily gave us the key to our apartment.
Excellent access onto the promenade from rear of property for people who like walking
It's a self-catering flat, I bought my food at the Spar for breakfast and prepare me a meal. Everything I needed was provided. Excellent WiFi connection. Impeccable clean. Excellent communication with the host when required. Private car park available nearby, actually in front of the house.
Very nice appartment with well equiped kitchen, shared balcony with a view of the mountains and a great location. 2,5 hours by foot to Bad Hofgastein (nice scenic walk), 6 min by car to Felsentherme (oldest thermal baths).
