I highly recommend apartment Top 2. It is huge, modernly furnished, everything is absolutely new. The kitchenette is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, the bathroom is spacious with a nice big shower. The view from the windows and balcony is simply phenomenal - a panorama of the town of Bad Kleinkirchheim from above. It was a ski trip, we used the ski room, everything was at hand. Ski resort is really close, just few minutes driving by car. Around the building there is beautiful nature, peace and quiet - an ideal place to relax. The hosts were very nice, helpful and available. I recommend this place to all, families or individuals. If I will again visit Bad Kleinkirchheim I will definitely choose Rabensteiner!

We stayed with our two children in an apartment with two bathrooms. The apartment is practically furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, in a quiet place at the end of the village near the ski slope. Arrival by road up a big hill, parking in front of the house. There is a shared ski room on the ground floor. Ski slopes and thermal baths are within walking distance. There is also a reception on the ground floor, where we met the owner. We paid the deposit in cash, but Brigitte returned it to our bank account. The money arrived about 3 days after our arrival.
Since there was no snow in Bad Kleinkirchheim, we went skiing by car for 20 minutes to the Turracher Höhe ski resort, where you can ski until April. The area was very suitable for children with modern lifts and plenty of natural snow.

The apartment was well equipped, 3 rooms + kitchen, balcony, nice outdoor seating, the owners are pleasant and friendly, I can warmly recommend it to everyone
The location is superb, surrounded by mountain peaks, some accessible by cable car. The rooms are the size of a small apartment, with kitchen and bathroom included. It is the ideal accommodation for a family with 1 or 2 children, that plan to stay more than a day or two. The hosts are also very kind and friendly.
Fantastic chalet. The wellness area is perfect for groups and has more than enough bathrobes and towels (in addition to the towels in all the bathrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table easily seats 14 adults. The wine fridge next to the normal fridge is also an advantage! Sound system internally Bose and externally Bang & Olufson. Also wellness area and fitness room are equipped with sound system wheres we couldnt connect as they are older systems.
The village and apartments were very nice, in a traditional style, and near the ski lifts. Equipment in the kitchen was very good. The village had quite a nice wellness area.
Apartment was of good size and refurbished in key areas (bathroom and kitchen). It was well equipped. Parkin is good and restaurant on site is ok. Close to main ski lift. We allays find this location very good value for money.
