The hosts were really proactive regarding check-in and greeted me in person to hand over the keys and show me around. I got recommendations for dinner, groceries and possible excursions.
The apartment is brand new and way bigger than you would expect from the pictures. Kitchen, bathroom and sleeping room have all you can ask for. The bed is comfortable and allows a good sleep due to the calm environment. You are quickly in the city or you do what I did, chill on the couch and enjoy movies on the cinema like screen.
The internet is amazingly quick.
I can only tell the best about this spot. Parking for car or motorbike are direcly infront of your window, on closed property.

We could check in early, which was great as we arrived early after a long night in the bus. Check in was easy as she left the keys for us somewhere.
Communication was good - we didn't meet the host, but she always responded and was very helpful and flexible.
The apartment is quite spacious and has all facilities you need (basic kitchen utensils etc), even a washing machine (and detergent).
Location is great, close to/in the center and river. A bit further from the bus station, but still walkable (and there are lots of taxis)
Perfect solution for travelers passing in rio Gallegos. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen well equipped.
Fernando was really kind, he even picked up us for free from the bus terminal and he called a taxi for us the following morning.
The house was nicely warm when we arrived and we could use the kitchen and TV with Netflix.
The apartment is not so close to the center but really close to the airport!
Very spacious, comfortable bed, working TV and good kitchen/ hob and oven, big dining table. Hot shower. Very responsive host! Pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for.
